Once the basics click, students put them to work building a game from scratch — literally. They design characters and levels, add scoring and lives, and tune the difficulty until it is genuinely fun to play.
Along the way they meet the core idea behind every game: objects that respond to events. It is creative, social and motivating, and students leave with a finished game they are proud to show family and friends.
